Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Max Flow. We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please include proof of purchase or your order number when returning your item.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
