Shipping policy

After processing, shipping times may vary depending on your location. Domestic deliveries typically take 3 to 7 business days, while international orders may take 7 to 20 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that shipping times are only estimates and may be affected by customs, holidays, or courier delays. We are not responsible for any delays that occur after your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery destination and weight of your order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any errors in address details may result in additional shipping charges or delivery delays.

In rare cases, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your tracking update or delivery notice. We will review the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund if applicable.
